Allow a sufficient range for “coming to office”, “leaving office” period of time.

■ Select an item whose time and attendance results are to be checked as

[Work hour Designation].

Enter a time to approve in the right side of the column and press the

[Registration] button.

- No basic work calculation: Work hour is not computed.

- Time designation: Work hour for time entered in the right side of the

column is computed.

- During “coming to office” and “leaving office” time : Without being restricted

by a designated time, work hour is computed by checking “coming to office”

and “leaving office” record.

- Time control selection:

Select codes to be excluded from work hour such as lunch time and dinner

time.
